In this video, we’re going to look at how to spot a bad investor, before they invest and preferably before you spend any time on them. I will give you 6 ways, 6 tells, that will help you spot the bad investor. We look at equity, speed, references and more.
I’ve been through literally hundreds of investors and for Vivino alone we’ve raised over $200 million. I’ve also dodged the bullet a few times with really bad ones. I’ve avoided them by applying the strategies that I show in this video.
I’ve seen all kinds of investors, angel investors, venture capital, growth capital, on my journey I’ve met them all.

Successful people don't become victorious overnight. What most people see as a glance wealth, a great career purpose is the results of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone reading this will be successful in life.

@@lynsiemae9587 NEVER LOSS?... I sincerely doubt when I see such things like 100% WIN strategy, Crypto trading is very technical, involves carefulness and great IQ... I wonder doing that with no losses or I will say only a professional trader/broker can do that.

Love this. Have tried bringing a renowned laywer into a room having an investor sneer and then make jokes on how ridicolous it was to talk about a hatch document with other investors in the room, as if everyone didnt know what it was while clearly not getting the point and then wanking his hand and rolling his eyes. Afterwards he tries to tell us we really need to sharpen our pen. To which I respnded we have and thanks for your interest but no thanks. Turned out the other kind investors were all equally embarassed and relieved he was turned down. Have other terrible stories not fit for sharing. But also have met people who reinstated my belief in decency again.

Yes that is a great story and we must remember that most people are really decent, we just need to avoid the few bad ones.

Thanks, usually it is questions that will be hard to answer or in some way will require an unreasonable amount of work to answer. It all has to be proportional with the size of the investment.

@@RawStartup Thanks. This is so important for (especially) early stage entrepreneurs/startups. I´ve found that talking to founders they often forget how things where f.ex. pre-revenue and pre-funding.

Yes or maybe bad lawyers and bad use of lawyers. If the lawyer comes across as inexperienced really not know what they are doing, the investor is probably the same way!
