6 week ultrasound! Are we having twins?!

Our early 6 week ultrasound was scheduled due to spotting. We were able to see our baby and see the heart flicker. I was super emotional and couldn’t even think straight because I was overwhelmed with happiness.

I had two sacs as well and only one baby grew. She’s a healthy 2 year old with zero issues so don’t stress about her seeing another sac. So glad you saw the heartbeat, congrats.

Same thing with me but we saw 2 heartbeats moving .. so next week I have to go back in. We’re stunned but most importantly our Dr said they look healthy but not to get too excited. Sometimes one can lose efficacy. She said she’s 90% sure they’re monozygotic, measuring about the same but we need further ultrasounds to confirm. I’m still stunned as I write this.

Congrats ! I’m In the same situation now. My first pregnancy they couldn’t find baby but I know that God is with us always and there will be a perfect healthy baby in there. I’m going right now 🤢 I’m so nauseous 😩

I’m literally due in a week... healthy pregnancy and baby. God is AWESOME! Trust in him! Even when times may seem dark. He blessed me with my rainbow baby 👶🏽 💙

Amazing that by 6 weeks the heart has been beating since day 21, and the baby can respond to stimulation. The baby's brain waves could be measured at 5 weeks. Just two weeks later at 8 weeks, the baby will be sucking his or her thumb. At this stage, a closer look would reveal definite features, body, head, eyes, nose, arm & leg buds etc, and yet the nurse only says yolk sac.... It's just a little misleading..................... ..... ....... But so happy for Jaclyn and Billy's growing little one!!! Congratulations!

Definite features at 6 weeks? No, the to y bean is more like a map. It has those features mapped out but they are not actually nose or mouth but simply indents or dots. Many places won't even do scan at 6 weeks because often you can't see anything at all. They couldn't see a heart beat on my 6 week scan, so I came back at 8 weeks to make sure it was all good because I had spotting. Tech was being professional and shared what needed to be shared, in the video. It's still too early. I did a lot of research when I was pregnant on 2014 but I highly doubt this has changed. Baby center was my favorite places for information due to their shared sources.

I have also 2 plus signs in my ultrasound report but I'm not sure is it twins or not because my doc don't tell me about that she just say that I'm pregnant thats it ...if uh have any idea then plz tell me about that I'm very excited ...
