Do you know that spinach is one of the highest sprayed foods with pesticides..most of the salmon is farm raised and ..some olive oils arent really olive oils..so we prolly efffed no matter wha we eat. Sad but true

What about soy being known to release phytoestrogen within the body, which is known to actually block estrogen from connecting to cells, which gives a more likelihood of testosterone increasing rather than decreasing? I’ve also been told it basically differs when it comes to soy, based on how the person’s body reacts to the phytoestrogen.

I didn’t start buying pre popped popcorn until about 3 years ago but without this knowledge, I just thought the chemicals promote cancer. I hadn’t known this & I’ve always eaten microwaved popcorn since I was a kid on the regular.

I've gone to unsweetened soy milk since I had to back away from cow's milk. I use in smoothie with papaya, banana, blueberries or raspberry and some natural peanut butter. I don't eat much popcorn unless air popped. Don't eat store bought bread because it triggers gout flare due to the yeast. Canned soups are eew to me. No alcohol either due to triggering gout flares.

Good fats don't lead to clogging of arteries - those findings are the result of 'old' bad science. Even having too low (LDL) has been shown to be related to higher mortality rates. You're body needs the type of fats that are found in 'smoked' meats that you indicate. It's not something you want to remove from your diet.

Totally agree. I have a genetic disorder since 28 my triglycerides since jumped to x10 normal levels in my late 30s now. I sat there read but did my own diet for 3 yrs to see what works. They havent figured out nor separated say good vs bad saturates or low sat foods with high cholesterol. Same with good carbs that are not good at all. I put my entire 3 yrs diet, excersice, stress, blood pressure daily or a spread sheet.

The problem is, cured/processed meat usually has nitrates/nitrites which have been linked to cancer. And smoking anything is bad too, since burning anything causes cancerous particles in the smoke. Think about it, do you sit around breathing smoke from a fire? I doubt it, unless you're a young cub scout who thinks campfires smell cool.

I've always wondered about phyto-estrogens. It's in everything, soy, coffee, beans, even rice. All of these base foods we consume everyday... beyond preservatives. Like do phytoestrogens have long term effects, estradiol promotion concerning cancer growth.

If you can find the "low sodium", and low carb canned soups it should be ok. The only reason most canned soups are bad for you is because they're rich in salty fats that possibly can lead to high blood pressure and weight gain.

1:03 mark. Your assumption at the end of the last point you make about cholesterol is 1000% incorrect. And the very fact you say this shows your lack of understanding. This is one of the key issues wrong with allopathic medicine today in the west. Please sir, educate yourself. You are putting information out there that is simply not scientific fact, period. I think you are a good guy as I’ve enjoyed some of your other videos. But this statement is harmful and will lead to early deaths. This is not a simple rabbit hole to go down, there are some nuances. Cholesterol build up can be a result. But cholesterol are the firemen there to put out a fire within you. Let it do it’s job. However the true culprit is sugars and seed oils. Without these the cholesterol, which is 100% required for thousands of functions, including hormone production incredibly beneficial for our reproductive system. Every cell of our human body requires cholesterol, it is sugar and other lifestyle factors that do the damage. More people die or normal to low cholesterol levels than high HDL. I would happily have you in my podcast so we can talk about this. I got myself off of 13 medications, lowered my high blood pressure and normalized my blood sugars by going all meat. It is not about cholesterol, and it is this narrative that is still killing millions. Ok: rant over. I like your tone in the videos, but stop being a sheep and learn please. In 2016 the dietary guidelines for U.S.A. lifted the upper limits of dietary saturated fats because it has been proven that cholesterol and saturated fats do not raise serum levels of cholesterol to be damaging in anyway. They did this very quietly in 2016 for a reason.

He says popcorn, but does not draw the real distinction with non gmo, organic, popped in a popper which can be very healthy, organic popcorn has more antioxidants than five servings of fruits and vegs, and is a good source of fiber. I pop mine in olive oil.
