Smh I swear California County Jails and Prisons are just different than The South. Like the shit is just hella....*different!* Even at CYA race mixing was a no go. Everything was segregated! But The South? I guess the commonwealth doesn't give a fucc. Like real shit if *60 Days had a season in LA County or in Cali* it wouldn't be a show because inmates would've died, got shanked, pacced out; including, guards not giving a fucc if not allowing shit to happen with their gang ties.

been to county many times in my younger days, been in more fights than i can count. You're right man, there was always that one dude who always got picked on. Goes to really show you that these guys go out of there way to find someone who looks weak or fragile and pick on them just to do it. Imagine a world with no authority whatsoever, we'd have a major problem if no one stood up to anyone.

@Groovy Rasta i think people are assuming that the family has that money but are purposely not bailing him out which most people would see as total betrayal. Personally, I wonder if Desean was warned by family, if he had people helping him but he refused (before going to jail), if he committed a crime against his family, etc and maybe they're pulling a tough love situation to teach him a lesson. I feel like parents shouldn't always let their kids get away with doing bad stuff, at some point they gotta step up and handle the consequences of their own actions but then again, letting your kid go to jail with absolutely nothing is pretty extreme like damn at least send him some books, a lil commissary or something lmao

I have zero love and zero respect for Sheriff Reginald B. Scandrett from this season. Dude is all about excuses and deflecting. He hates hearing them say that he has the crappiest jail any of them have ever experienced and is quick to deflect and make excuses. He just recently inherited that jail and it's issues so he has no need being so defensive and deflective about the things they try to tell him but he just can not help it. I DO NOT like that guy, and it's not just cuz he's one time either, that dude rubs me in a very bad way. I hope, for those inmates and for that community as a whole, that they don't elect that clown again. he needs to go play his blame game in a different environment.
