It was nice to see you and Bear pulling together as a team. What temps are good for Sack? Can you coat and boot him to keep up with Bear? That is a great dog but didn't know It should have taken the lead to help you. It is very confusing for a dog to take leadership from the middle.

I have found the more recent snowshoe designs from Tubb (among others) that include a metal claw on the bottom of the binding are significantly more efficient on ice and particularly on hilly conditions. They seem to provide reasonable floatation in powder conditions and, for me, help eliminate the leg cramps resulting from bearpaw design shoes....just a thought.

Excellent job Justin. It's really great to see you Saku, and now Bear on these great adventures. There is just nothing else like them in the world. I know you work your butt off fella to do these things, but if my opinion means anything, they are very much appreciated. For all the time, work, and effort you put into these Justin, I have to say, your companions sends them over the top. Give Saku and Bear an extra treat for me. I anticipated it... then it came. The intro to " Parting Glass " comes in. I remember discovering you, Justin, 2 years back during hard times with my mental health. I was up at 2:30am with panic attacks every day and your content gave me relief. I looked for all of the music that accompanies your posts, but " Parting Glass " was the one that drew me to listen to it often. It's so good to see you again....... Saku and Bear were missed too!!
