Mrs Birchall was dinner lady at my primary school (Beechwood) and when she found out I was an evertonian she gave me a box full of programmes, mainly from the early 80s. Great to see her looking well. 💙

I'm a Villa fan but I find this sort of thing fantastic, when a club takes time to meet up with fans of all ages, some with disabilities etc it's the sign of a club that is a people's club. We do very similar things at Villa. Well done again Everton...

I can't speak about the Captain's before my time. But for as long as I live, I don't think I'll see a better person where the Captain's Armband for Everton. Will be such a sad day when he hangs up his boots.
