Been following yours and Manon's routine for 4months now and also following Andrew Huberman and Jason Fung's intermittent fasting, man oh man did I lose weight, like a lot. Since, I am at the weight I'm satisfied which is 65kg, from 80kg I don't do much fasting anymore, but I do follow a strick and healthy balance diet.

I absolutely love workouts with you and I love that you talk. It is sometimes about the focus but it is soooo good to get your mind off the pain. So please please don’t stop talking 💪🏻😎 if it has to you encourage to focus, not to stop, to go more, to forever the pain. All is well balanced. If someone is suffer in silence type always can mute. Thank you 🙏 those thresholds sessions are just 🔥💪🏻😎

@@arielchan3312 This is your effort on the bike. Doesn't matter what gear/resistance you are in. Higher effort level for me usually means a little more resistance to stop bouncing.

What would make the session even better would be to get a summary of the course at the bottom of the screen, just to enable us to better prepare for the most challenging sections and make sure we don’t hold back on them. Unless of course the surprise effect is intended😊

LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT! The best trainer, plus a great long workout, makes life great for me here in the USA! Thanks for another long workout session, Hank you are the best. Love the humor, kooky stuff you sometimes say :) , the fun antidotes, trivia, and energy; it keeps me going, and helps my brain from bringing me down when the going gets tough. Also, my pedal stroke mantra is Better Body, Better Body....Cheers!

Good video again, real pain on the 9/10 efforts when you're pushing 400w! Once again though - the upcoming session effort/time is great but IT NEEDS THE CADENCE TOO! Adjusting to 7/10 at 80 vs 7/10 at 100 is a pain without advance notice, please add this!

Great workout. A bit less chatter would be fine. Also do countdowns at 30 and 10 and a minute… filling in time more often makes it feel harder!

Thank you Hank. You emphasised the glutes. It is true. A cyclist has to keep glutes activation in the 'back of the mind' to get them working. You have just made a whole load of riders, better cyclists in an instant. :-)
