I have been suffering from severe shoulder issues for many months now from overdoing it with a strength based exercise program, to the point I was in despair. No pushups, no pull-ups nada! But I literally had relief after one, single, flow-training! I was amazed! Now day (lucky) 7 I am almost pain free. It's shocking. Bro, somehow this works, I'm not sure which part, or all of it, but anyways, thank you so very much for offering this to the world. I would love to interview you for my new KZfaq channel someday. Blessings and Hugs, Jesse

61 year young male and have been doing this particular Flow 60 daily for the past 8 months and love this practice! It is the perfect combination of movement, breathing and meditation that has made my life even better mentally, physically and spiritually. Thank you Mike! P.S. I especially like how this video is narrated by Mike rather than him talking while he is doing it. Love to see more of the same.

I'm 54 now and I was shocked at how rigid and weak I've let myself become! I started this today, couldn't even do a lot of it, but I'm going to keep trying every day until I get it right.

Wow! As a yoga teacher, with a regular meditation practice and a Qi Gong/Kung Fu background, I am very impressed with this routine. Although I struggled with the high jumps part (60, really!? 😅) I feel so good afterwards. I even saw the colour purple throughout the meditation part, which has never happened to me before. After searching up the meaning, this is what I found : “the moment a person starts seeing purple during meditation, acupuncture, or other bodywork is the moment energetic healing and positive chakra integration begins.” So thank you Mike!

This is Amazing. I’ve been looking/try incorporating something like this for years. Finally, you made something “complete” you can do in 1-hour. I can’t thank you enough for all your hard work in putting this together. All the modalities in one go! This took a lot of thought and effort, thank you Mike Chang from the bottom of my heart ❤

Hey mike, THANK YOU For this kind of pratice! I have been looking for such a long time for a practice that is accessible and that includes both muscle stuff and flow/breathwork/yoga. I have always gone between martial arts and yoga and then realized i just want to do what is best for my body and health. And this has been awesome so far. Thank you thank you thank you!

Hi Mike, just found you and hopeful for some positive changes mentally, physically and spiritually! I used to be very active in tabata, hiit and ashtanga yoga but as I'm getting older my body doesn't seem to be keeping up... coupled with sitting all day at a stressful job keeps me tense and not present. I also suffer from cervicogenic dizziness, which I believe is a result of me sittiing all day and tenseness in everything I do including sleep! I'm hoping with your videos I can get back to my normal self and enjoy the simple body movements I now find painful or difficult. I did this session today and felt great afterwards, but did have dizziness that was triggered even during supine twist and shivasana to seated position. Please let me know if u have any suggestions on cervicogenic dizziness but I will continue to try your methods. I felt great today after meditating. ❤🧘🏻‍♀️ thank you!

Great to see this and is this part of Chi Gong as it seems a departure from that which is slow and deliberate, focusing on breath and movement but slow as can be. Yoga also can be done vigorously or more in a relaxed manner. Where is there recoup time in this. It's well done though and much appreciated.

Good day to you Mike I hope all is well. I have a question or two for you. I’ve done different variations of your flow videos mainly your 60 minute and 27 minute videos. My question is that although we tap the overall body, I noticed that you don’t focus much on glute activation meaning tapping on the buttocks area, which is a part of the body that I’ve been working on due to lengthy sitting in the past. My other question is that, although you may recommend focusing on a point on the thumb is it OK if I keep my eyes closed as I tend to focus better with them closed! Please advise when time permits thank you kindly in advance!
