We visited Shinanoya, a chicken specialty restaurant located a 3-minute walk from Gotanda Station in Tokyo, for this photo shoot. the restaurant has been in business since 1949 and handles 600 kg of high-quality fresh chicken meat per day. by the staff working there, all of whom were cheerful and friendly, cooking at a rapid pace. In addition to selling meat, they also sell yakitori (grilled chicken) and side dishes made with chicken of such high quality that some restaurants only use meat from here.In particular, the soboro donburi and fried chicken in chicken oil are so popular that people line up to buy their lunch boxes at lunch time! , with the Soboro-don being served in 40 seconds.
