I think its half the reason so many woman in these situations give up on walking and continue to gain weight. Their husbands dont support their good health. They only support their bad health. And the woman already have low self esteem so they stay with them. This video only confirms that for me too. Im so happy she succeeded and they are happier because of it.

This is the worse case of lymphedema I think I've ever seen...that was basically where most of the weight was coming from...I was shocked she could still walk...I'm happy she's made progress 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Seeing her and her husband spend time together is the sweetest thing. He went from her caretaker to her supportive husband is how it should be. It’s sad seeing some of the stories where the person in their lives are stuck in one role as caretaker and can’t seem to transition past that role out of fear.

I was starting to think all incredibly obese people were mean, selfish, manipulative and took pity on themselves. This is such a refreshing episode. No drama, no disrespecting and insulting the people around her not blaming her husband for her weight no blowing up on the Dr doctor. Pure will drive and success I love her and I wish her the absolute best in her new life.

I really deteriorated as a person.......I started going to church because I became so mean and terrible. I definitely believe the diet and lifestyle have a chemical reaction with your brain for the worst. I'm saying this from experiencing it food, my body wasn't the only thing that dramatically changed so did my mind.

I think the support helps her succeed. She's not doing this alone, she has the help of someone who is coming along and listening to Dr. Now too. They needed education and medical help with the lymphedema, but they had the will to change on their own.

It's incredible to see that she managed to completely turn her life around without the help of surgery, especially considering the state her legs were in at the beginning. Tracy's condition is different than others. She had huge lymphadema on both of her legs - which its weight probably half of her initial body weight. So glad she and her husband make it through.

The “willing to listen” is a big part of the success. Oddly, many morbidly obese people on the show, or Amber Lynn Reed, seem to think they know better and are there only to teach/tell others, not to learn, despite having no real success with weight loss.

The first time I have seen someone not needing the surgery. She did really well and was a nice woman with a very loving husband. I have always wondered that if some of them can lose the weight before the surgery then why have it. These people are always saying in the beginning that they are in so much pain and I know if I was in their shoes I would do anything to get rid of the pain. I am in a lot of pain every single day and if there was anything I could do to make it go away I would. This woman deserves a great life!!

I feel bad for her. Glad she worked so hard to better her life. I can’t imagine having to go through that!!

I think this has got to be one of my favourite 600lb weight loss stories. because she lost so much on her own!!! She didn't need surgery to remove e whole ton of it, just a little. She's so motivated to keep going, and get help, it's wonderful. I love that. Crazy how much of a difference that first 167 lbs was, she already looked like she was doing so much better!!! That's so impressive. People like that are so strong, I admire them so much. They don't let themselves fail and get depressed enough to stop. It's beautiful. It's also crazy how just eating less makes a difference on weight. She didn't even exercise that much, just ate less. Crazy how much it can change you. Proud of you Tracey.
