PHILIPPINES clearly gave the best answer on the final Q&A here, I dont know how Olivia Culpo won Miss Universe, at that time Trump owns the MU, Miss USA is better looking than Philippines but still Philippines should have won here, Miss USA did not even finish the answer and she went over the time and she kept talking and talking, she should have been either 4th or 3rd runner up.

I kind of understand now why majority doesn't want Philippines into Top 5. Facially speaking, she was the least beautiful among the Top 10. I guess her performance in the evening gown (her and Venezuela were the best) sealed her into that Top 5.
