Loads of work involved there. Clean metalwork. Looking good so far! Lots of guys would hide that in filler before they turned on the camera. Your work looks clean

Did you use a flanging tool , butt or lap weld the convertible edge to the 1/4 panel ?

But weld.i layed the the quarter panel over the tub, screwed it all together made sure everything was straight, traced it and cut it.

I don't see nothing wrong with a flange thogh,i think it makes it stronger and its easier.i was scared to over cut the quarter so i just kept trimming it.little by little until it was correct
