? No it’s not the whole concept of lowrider was formed from hot rods in the 20s then in the 50 was they put on hydro but the art works in the cars are only on cars from other cultures this is a group effort not Hispanics who think they are Mexican but are born and raised in America

No it’s not car modifications is not a Mexican American culture it was inspired by a group of cultures during the 20s for hot rods and to makes the only thing Hispanic can say is that 50 they had used hydraulics and by the 60 it really changed the game because by that time a lot of them where not Mexican but just white and brown American from generations if you gonna talk about lowrider do it right
