It really depends on how you use it. Everyone uses their RV differently. This specific model has a 100 gallon fresh water tank. If you just used it for drinking and toilet flushes, you will be able to stay our for multiple weeks. If you take daily showers, the time would be cut drastically. Propane should not be an issue unless running the furnace the whole time. The only other thing would be fuel for the generator if you have to use it for the AC or fridge (residential, electric only). The hitch is rated for 10k and you could put on a bigger hitch but the GCWR (gross combined weight rating ) is set at 42,000lbs. The GVWR (gross vehicle weight rating) is at 32,000lbs. So you would have to be traveling lite in the RV to have a chance at towing more than 10k. Hopefully that helps.

Price is in the title. $65,000

Tires got replaced before new owner took delivery, average retail for a 06 40F is $60,350. So I would say it is worth more than 30k. Maybe not this specific unit with the issues it has.
