What I did was as I was taking out the tail panel I decided to stop the tail panel removal and focus on the trunk. The trunk was key 2 welding to the tail panel and the quarter panels on either side. so this is the order I went in installation quarter panels first but did not weld the back half of the quarter panels until the trunk was taken care, I used to filler panel in the trunk it wasn't a full trunk panel it was just a filler piece in the center, then I did the tail panel and finished welding the quarter panels on either side to the tail panel and to the trunk tell panel supports, those are those angle brackets that i pointed to in the video. At this point the filler panel was just held in by sheet metal screws to hold it in position. I wanted to leave that tell last so I can adjust things. Hope this helped.

Sorry that first post was well I just got up. 1 quarter panels 2 truck floor 3 tell panel 4 filler panel I don't know if you seen all my videos but remember this is my first time doing this and I just went with what made sense. Alien, In your personal opinion do you think I should put some bracing on my car when I do the quarters. As of right now my car is on Jack stands. Car is in running condition so obviously it has it's full weight on the stands. I have one quarter off ready to be moched up for another fit or two. Then I'm going to throw a couple of screws and maybe a few tacks on. Then I was thinking about starting on the next quarter, then the filler then the tail. I'm asking about the bracing because one side will only have some screws and tacks and I'm afraid if I start cutting off the other quarter the rear might sag or something like that.

Of all the youtubers ( experienced) I've watched most did use some sort of bracing so everything would line up. I should've used braces in a couple places. I would use braces if you're going to take off more then one panel at a time, like the quarters.
