Whew... the color looks so good (no surprise). Being hard on yourself during your 20s is so real. Amazing video Tam! I could totally relate to the 'being hard on ourselves' part. For all of you that are struggling with this, just understand that you just have to show up everyday and try to do it a little bit better than yesterday. That's it.There's no point in working yourself to death unless you can stick to that for a longer period of time. Excellence doesn't come over night. But, keep in mind that everything great in life requires great effort and great sacrifice. Otherwise, it wouldn't be great.
