This time a more powerful drill, 900 rpm and deadheaded to measure the pressure and check leakage.
This is still a pump with the 11mm rather than the normal 12mm gears of the GTO. I did a rough calculation of close to 10 litres per min at 1000 rpm. Based on the size and number or the gears.
Here we've got 900 or so RPM, it's deadheaded so there no flow, only leakage and it's making about 40 PSI with diesel.
Maybe I could shim the valve to increase pressure?
Or more likely shim it anyway just to show it doesn't.
