Жыл бұрынNew for 2023, the 6mm ARC was developed by our friends at Hornady to provide increased performance in the M4/AR-15 platform. With the best 5.56mm ammunition the M4/AR-15 is hard to beat, but the new 6mm ARC has significant advantages.
The 6 ARC pushes a 103 grain Hornady ELD-X® at 2600 fps from an 18” barrel. Due to the higher ballistic coefficient and weight of the projectile, it beats the best 5.56mm ammunition in terms of retained energy and reduced wind drift at all ranges. The trajectory is nearly identical to 500 yards, and past that range the 6 ARC clearly has the advantage.
This round is purpose built for the lighter and handier AR-15. More power, same package, what’s not to like?

I love Black Hills Ammo. Let’s just say I got a few 77gr Otm laying around lol. This is absolutely going to sell me and many others on the 6 ARC. GOD BLESS YOU

Your company loading the 6 ARC helps to insure the success of this great cartridge. Now maybe Federal or one of the import ammo companies will manufacture it and help bring the costs down and the popularity of the cartridge up. Thank you again.
