Lakpa is Sambit Patra of BJP Ladakh in terms of talking out of context n nonsensical. As an MLA candidate in 2014 Assembly election he sanctioned CD Block for Zangla which was another BJP Jumla !!! Presently being a Councillor from Lungnak constituency of LAHDC Kargil, he frequently camp at Leh to appease Ravinder Raina n Sangh. And never bother to conduct an extensive tour of his constituency for the last 26 months. Keep it up ....... and ignore the poor people of Lungnak constituency. BJP promised to grant District Status for Zanskar for which people of Zanskar voted in favour of BJP candidate JTN. The hollow promises and Jumla-Bazi of BJP is always there n exposed nation-wide. Only Chamchas of BJP are expecting beyond expectations.......
