Everyone said that at the time. Most of the secondary cast of Dynasty couldn't act for toffee. You could only tell their emotions or intent from the music. Meanwhile the leads were all over-acting hams. It was GREAT!!!!

Well, even though Alexis didn’t raise Amanda, she definitely knew her probably visiting her at her cousin’s estate over the years while Amanda was growing up. Just Amanda thought Alexis was a distant relative, not her mother.

I wish they hadn’t had Alexis deliberately cause Krystle’s miscarriage early in the series. It made it difficult to sympathize with Alexis because she was the type of person who would do that. If they hadn’t done that, I would be on Alexis’ side a lot of the time because I thought Blake was so cold and nasty towards her. He was a shitty husband to her and never really owned up to that. He also denied his children their mother by sending her away when they were little, and I thought that was also awful.

What's so sad is that Michael Nader and Catherine Oxenberg's Private Life was so hard and difficult. Catherine's Daughter was part of a Cult that was passed off as a motivational Boot Camp. Michael Nader became heavily addicted to Cocaine who in the early years of his career worked with Brenda Dickson (Ex Jill Foster Abbott #1) on The Young & The Restless) in her pre soap days and The Actor who played Mark tanked as Billy Lewis #2 on Guiding Light whose character went to Prison for Five Years for an attempted shooting on Roger Thorpe.
