You don't use meswak or neem like that. You just chew on them while they ooze out water like substance, then they will be all fibrous and use the fiber to gently clean the teeth.

He uses it wrong 💀 so it cleans even better. A lot of doctors actually reccomend it. You don't need to use toothpaste with it either since it has a natural juice that comes out when u chew it and cleans/ protects ur teeth. He used the meswak just he would a regular toothbrush lol Plus meswak is actually biodegradable, that brush is just an example of green washing.
