New subscriber here. Can you do a meal prep for 5 days of breakfast and 5 days of lunches for pescatarians and one for also vegetarians? Thank you!

Hi Sharon! Welcome and thanks for following along! I typically only do 4 days meal prep at a time, unless I do a big freezer stock up. Its more helthy than food with conzervans. ..and this tipe of food,fresh one,can stays for a more days. About cooked one,must know about spices,freet one..expiriance. Eng.pp

Am I the only one who gets so self conscious bringing things like tuna or hard boiled eggs to work? The smell doesn’t bother me but I’m sure it might bug some people
