Amazing how far we got! This year alone, DJI suprised us with the Phantom 4 and the Mavic, both small with amazing performance

Yep! This video is even outdated a bit, I am just waiting for embedded video stabilization instead of gyros. But maybe that is a little far fetched heh

I see great potential in underwater drones. For example underwater search. Would be useful if I loose my swimming goggles again^^ Nice video! Please do more videos about this topic. I really like robotics ;)

My favorite ones in this video are the drones that can go under water & also fly in the air. So they can do more then just one thing which is awesome also I would like to have one of them myself.

Thomas Wells no it's not look up immersion rc they sell racing quads and just get a GoPro that thing is horable for the price get a dji mavic pro long range hd video 40 mph and 27 min flight time if you want to go fast just get a racing quad not that junk

The Fleye is a built on a low-budget atm, but it's by far the most advanced conception of a drone on this list. The four prop system is unstable and dangerous and therefore doesn't have a place in society if we're all being honest with ourselves.

Wesley Johnson you obviously don't know Much about these things hexes or Octocopters are for heavy lifting quadcopters are perfectly stable just no reliability if a motor dies but on a good item motors pretty much never die

I'm simply able to think a little more creatively thank you. Can a regular drone fly down the middle of the street at 5' up without one of it's exterior props gashing into somebody's head, arms, etc? Sorry I hurt your feelings tho buddy. I know you probably spent a TON on one of those new dji drones

The Hexo is $1350, 25mph, 13 minute flight time, no camera??? Typhoon H is $999, 55mph Yes Fifty Five, 27 minute flight time, 4k camera, amazing controller with built in tablet screen. It should be number 1. Q500? How can you skip the Typhoon H?

None of these could catch up to my drone that I built myself it can go to a top speed of 160mph and can do a stratosphere orbit and and acts as a submarine drone. Batteries last 5hours on full charge. So I don't need any of them but thanks for the offer.

Hubsan H109S X4 PRO What about this drone no one mentions with 25-40 mins of flight, 1500 meter distance, comes with a brushless gimbal and with its own 1080p HD professional cam. Not to mention it also has a parachute option. All for 400$

how about the hubsan h501s follow me mode, 3 axis gimbal cam 1080p, brushless motors, flies for 20 mins, gps and alot more for less of the price and i think this one is a DJI phantom killer.

Yeah wifi degrades like nothing else in water. I tried using my gopro with remote in a pool, not even half a meter below surface nothing worked.

StopaskingformynameKZfaq 2.4ghz is a resonating freq of H2O. Its why microwave ovens use it. longer freq can go deeper in water

there are by far better and way cheaper drones out on the market then these in the vid. Hell the Go Pro Drone, the Mavic Pro....etc. the only drone in this vid even worth owning is the Parrot Drone. Horrible choices for this category you picked.
