Have you ever tried dehydrating the broth for them, like making it into cubes or a paste?

I have not, though during the pandemic, when it was difficult to get to the butcher shop, I did supplement their broth with a 'gel' broth, which is dehydrated, and sold commercially. Not bad, but the real stuff is better. Dehydrating is a good way to save stomach space, and super convienent if you need to travel 🐕💗🍃

Thanks for the info! The last few times I made bone broth for my 16 year old pup, I've added about a pound and a half of chicken feet, because of the collagen in the finger joints. Regarding EVOO- I've read good reviews of the Kirkland brand- Any experience with it?

Great suggestion! The feet add a ton of extra collagen to the broth. While I haven't personally used Kirkland, I can recommend it after doing some research: 🍃It has great color, dark green. This means it likely was not bleached like so many of the bad olive oils on the market. 🍶Not blended... the only oil used is EVOO, and that' a huge win ❄Saw someone on youtube give it the fridge test, and it passed. Non-blended olive oil will become rather solid in the cold. 🍵Great quality for the price. A lot of times companies that produce EVOO will gouge customers. These prices are very fair, considering it is NOT a mix of oils. So, def give it a shot and let us know how you and your dog like it, please

So Dr rhonda patrick suggests the sprouts of the broccoli... literally sprouting them. Is that what we should do? or is just regular broccoli good too?

🍃Sprouts are great, but if you don't have the time or energy to sprout, then young broccoli works well. Mature broccoli also has this substance, but in lesser amounts.

Can curcumin paste be given if my dog is on anti inflammatories? She doesn't take them daily, just kind of as needed when she over does it on hikes or in the pool

Good question... The answer is that it depends on the ant-inflammatory medicine, the dosage, etc. Most of the time it can be ok to combine, but it is always best to check with your vet to make sure there are not conflicts and/or too much anti-inflammatory action going on 🐕💗
