I hate this tag of “bubblegum” that has become popular to call almost EVERYTHING that’s sweet and fresh. The original Invictus is one of the few frags that when I smell it, it immediately makes me think pink bubblegum. Almost nothing else does that. Maybe Ultra Male a bit too. Besides that, the default bubblegum classification that is being slapped on so many frags is so misleading.

I've been so confused with the excessive usage as well because I imagine they're saying they smell like bubblegum flavored medicine but I highly doubt companies are saying "add bubblegum".

Well this comment might make me stop avoiding "bubble gum" frags. I find 9pm too bubble gummy and that's why I avoid anything with that label

@@seifkhaled416 yeah dude give stuff a try. So many frags are called bubble gum now days and smell nothing like that. When you hear that label just know it usually means fresh and sweet.

One Million Elixir is definitely my sweetest. It's like a woody vanilla fragrance. It's not my favorite, but it's definitely one of my most complimented.

On Board absolutely dominates my spring and summer rotation and it gets very enthusiastic complements from women. Eros is a year round staple for me as well and gets even more enthusiastic complements from women.

Acqua di Gio Absolu gave me a headache after a while (luckily it was a small decant). There’s something in the fragrance that is a bit headache inducing to me after a while. It’s similar to Invictus Aqua 2016 iirc.

I love that bubblegum scent! Its so unmasculine, but I love it. The OG bubble gum scent was Ralph Lauren Polo Sport. I'm surprised you didnt mention Le'Male Eau Fraiche. I wish I had a backup of it. It smells closest to bubblegum scent. I wish Mugler would release an A*Men masculine bubble gum scent

@@mixsignal91 You know what, I think you're right. I think I was thinking of Nautica Competition having an overt strong bubble gum scent. OG Polo Sport had a shower gel vibe, but with a hint of something else. If anything, Polo Blue and Polo Sport smelled similar to me back then but I enjoyed Sport more

Some people might take Y EDP as bubblegum? I thought that would be most people as that cologne almost gave me diabetes when I first sprayed it on. I have bought a number of colognes based of these videos Ash, but just my opinion here Y EDP was the biggest swing and a miss hands down I tried it 4 or 5 times as it seems to be a "hype beast" but man o man for me is it bad. Spring, summer, winter whatever season I could not see myself wearing it so gave it to my 16yr old daughter and she has gotten way more compliments from men then I ever got from women.

Eros isn't exactly what I would call bubblegum, it is way more versatile than Y EDP, you can use Eros in a hot summer day, try with Y EDP and you're gonna choke on it
