It's just Robin looked like he ended his set (Hell I thought he did first time I watched) and Hong was about to start, but didn't want to awkwardly back off like he was scared or something. Besides, with how Robin acts I wouldn't be surprised if he was throwing all kinds of signs at Skim's set.

+KaiYakut Because Robin only tacked a move on afterwards, just to fuck with Hong 10. His round was done, until he saw a reason to interrupt the next bboy's strong start. That's being a douche. And Hong wasn't even going at Robin. Robin had to go out of his way to push rather than just dancing where he was. It's all pretty obvious.
