I think what most people forget is that you can continue to eat the one or two things your craving for and just cut out the rest... you do not need to be vegan to eat as little flesh and animal products as possible... my mother for example does only eat cheese cause shes loving it but no other animal products

I have the same bacon problem. Always way too much in my mouth. He should try the low carb challenge for 1 week. It will be way harder than a vegan challenge. The upside is you get to eat a lot of meat.

My whole family did low carb for almost a year, and my dad and some of my sibling lost alot of weight, It was hard, but yeah you get lots of meat and strawberries and stuff, but my friends tempted me with their food at school.

It's a good substitute and I would recommend it but nicecream doesn't taste like ice cream. At all. It's one of those vegan substitutes that is really just an entirely new food. I admire how creative vegans are.
