Hey guys :) In today's video, I'm sharing my before and after results using rice water everyday for 7 days for hair growth! I was hesitant to try this out, because oftentimes rice water can make your hair brittle and dry if used in excess due to the protein overload. However, I adjusted the way that I applied it into my hair to hopefully help alleviate any dryness or brittleness that I might experience. Over the course of the 7 days, I experienced a lot of noticeable changes with my hair...so make sure to watch all the way until the end to see what happened!

Thank you so much for trialling and uploading this method! I tried the regular method of putting in and rinsing out with plain water for consecutive days in the leadup to shampoo-day, and the constant wetting and drying really stressed my hair out. I tried your application to the roots method twice and saw a noticeable difference in hair health and yes even length after the corresponding shampoo-day!

Mom tip. Keep that rice water up after the pregnancy because with the hormonal crash you will start loosing hair. Sometimes it can be so much. And rice water will help to prevent it from getting super thin.

Holy crap your hair grew 3/4 of an inch in a week! I can't get that in a month! I need to try the rice water again. I'm going to take your suggestion and keep it at the roots only. I ended up doing most of it on the rest of my hair and not enough on the roots so I didn't get the growth I wanted. Your hair is gorgeous!

If anyone is worried about getting all the rice water out (because of the protein overload that could potentially damage it if used too much)-baking soda can help rid your hair of the excess product buildup that hasn’t washed off in the shower. Just a tip if you’re worried about protein buildup

@@littopear6266 hey i’m sorry! i haven’t gotten any notifications until now when someone asked for an update! but an update would be that it made my hair stronger. at first i left it in for 30 minutes once a week before showering, and it dried my hair out a lot. so then i started doing 15 minutes, but it didn’t really make a difference. then i started doing what audrey did and spray every night before bed, i only did it for like 1-2 weeks before i stopped. my hair definitely became stronger but i don’t think it did a lot more than that. at first i thought it grew faster but it seems to be growing at the same rate. it grows about an inch every month naturally. what i do now is i use oils a lot, so i highly recommend that! it makes your hair super silky and helps it not to dry out and also stimulates hair growth. so i recommend that and to massage it in with a scalp brush massager. i oil my ends everyday with a light hair oil and then i use castor oil and rosemary oil on the ends and the roots when it’s wash day ❤️

I have had a short hair for about 12 years now that I want long hair I realized that my hair doesn't grow at all. Then I started using the mane and tail shampoo. And my hair has grown like 4 inches in 3 months.. I'll be defenitely trying this❤️

So happy to see it's working for you your hair looks so gorgeous and healthy xx When I used rice water my hair had teared so bad I had to put masks on and it's still not the same. I'm curious to know if this Is due to my hair being processed? My hair has been bleached but I'm now back to my natural colour but this is dyed over the bleach. Maybe this didn't work for me due to it being processed hair ? Glad to see its working for you though, you look amazing !💖

you should try out viori rice hair bars and see what you think. I've really loved how my hair feels after it. I haven't measured or used it consistently to test hair growth.

i shaved my head in May and it’s grown to an awkward length. i’m gonna do this and i’ll update for anyone who is curious. i’ve used rice water before but with a different method(in 2018) and it worked well. day 0(before i start, i put it in my hair after i measured): my hair is 2 1/2 inches day 1: about the same, my hair does feel a little dry, but not like super dry. day 2: just past 2.6 inches, almost 2.7 inches today!! not a huge growth but pretty impressive for only 2 days. day3: 2.9 inches. it’s only been three days and my hair has already grown almost 1/2 and inch! day 4: 3 inches! day 5: still about 3 inches. this will be my last update since i’m out of rice water and too lazy to make more lol. sorry for the late update btw.

@@laterrka1527 Organic white rice is the best I use Jasmine or Basmati, never use rice that's been enriched or chemically processed.This really works I was like holy crap, a few drops of essential oils rosemary sage or lavender added also help speed growth
