I heard a connection between this techno riff I've been working on and a riff I generated from exploring on the 6-string banjo and I thought about reinventing both to be more of a better fit together as one piece and I think it could be the business!! I slowed the techno piece down a bit so it would better match the tempo of the second riff. I can also make it groove a bit better at the slower tempo. I see this as a techno piece because I am trying to adapt the amen breakbeat rhythm ( maybe in the style of DJ Food ? XD XD ) to the fingerpicking style. I will keep working on this for sure because that last riff I've know is pretty good!!

I'm playing the 9-String Esquire and Esquire 5 String through a 9V adapter powered 4G℞E Amp into the Ampeg 810. Left channel audio is coming from the 810 close-mic'd with the Marantz PMD 222 and the right channel audio is the output of the 4G℞E Amp into a JDI direct box into a hardware limiter into the camera.
I have split the daily session into two videos: a Set Preparation where I am working to prepare for an upcoming concert at Entropy Stereo ( entropystereo.c... ) in Redford, Michigan, usa on August 9, 2024, and the explore section where I am working on pieces in-progress as well as just doing some free playing to see if the muse is speaking. I think this will help me maintain a certain level of consistency at a lower stress level. We'll see! I spent a bit of extra time trying to build my confidence starting the piece.
