My father taught me a trick and i hope this helps everyone out as far as posture is concerned. If you want to have proper posture and look more confident relax your arms, put the weight on your feet and imagine your haid is being lifted lightly by a string that pulls you to the ceiling. Hope this helps you out, it solved my posture for me

A few things my parents taught me that I’m super thankful for, having a firm handshake and great posture, my mom harps on me for posture all the time and I’m honestly thankful for that

A firm handshake is definitely a great tip for making first impressions. I've sorta naturally done that without even thinking about it, but everytime I meet someone, they always comment on my handshake. My very first job interview, I also got a comment about it too. I'm a relatively short and slim guy too, so alot of people I meet are generally taller and bigger in stature for the most part, so that firm, confident handshake can go a long way. It's also a good confidence booster when someone compliments me on it and gives me the confidence to continue the conversation after.

Key to eye contact that actually really worked for me: just stare into their soul. Don't really think about it. Or make make them lose the eye contact by asserting dominance. It makes you look much more confident and people will be more likely to talk to you since you feel comfortable around them.
