I don't know that i'd put $110 bib shorts and $250 head units into the "value" bucket. that head unit is worth 1/3rd of my entire bike.

Because you still have to get functionality to get ‘value’, otherwise it was just to cheap… but not very good.

the thing w garmin headsets is that the harware is so cheap..compared to what you can get with cellphone.. e.g. if they made a cellphone like a garmin, even the 1000 series, they couldnt sell it for $50

I have a fleet of 10 bikes and have used Bryton devices since the Rider 330. Perfectly workable and won’t land you in the poorhouse. 👍🏻😄

I've been using the Bryton 750 for a couple of years and its a great device. You can get heart rate, cadence and speed sensors, i just wish i had bought them as the bundle upfront rather than separately.

I have the Tifosi Rail glasses, and I really like them. They can accept a Rx insert also sold by Tifosi, for those of us who can't see without our prescription glasses but want real cycling shades.

I picked up a really nice winter jacket from Neo Pro Cycling (Australian Brand) for less that $80 US. Really good quality for the price and less than half price of other brands.

I got Sportful Super jacket, Castelli Alpha ROS 2, and Gabba for less than 60. It's easy, just don't pay retail

0:51 I got my Sony wireless in ear headphones, which I use every day to listen to music, which I bought for around 50 Euros. And I can also use them while riding. So no need to buy cycling specific headphones...

Deep wallet required.....again....Some great kit but..... I do like the dhb thermal shirt.....that's not bad if it does the usual UK winter and I'll have a gander....My Carnac (Planet X) ones don't do too bad down to 5 degrees....who knows eh ?

I agree some DHB stuff is good, but you compared DHB thermal layer to jackets !! DHB Aeron jacket is ~160-200GBP as well.... most of Tifosi glasses (the same with Oakley) focus on covering your forehead (and interfering with a helmet) instead of providing proper eye cover ....

Okay now I do have to agree that Tofosi glasses are very nice they are what I use. Mostly because they are the only brand of cycling glasses I could find that will support as strong a prescription as I have 🤓🤓🧐🧐😎. For me, no glasses no riding 🙂.

My gabba is amazing when cloudy light rain and between 9-14° But my Aldi jacket is with me from -5 to 15° I just change up the base layer. Was like 25 eu, and i don't need to treat it like a NASA space suit

I don't think Wiggle/ CRC ship outside the UK now. Think they closed their international ops after going into administration at the back end of last year.

conducting headphones doesnt work at all... did you test them? the wind is killing the sound 100% at 28kph or more :/

The worst headphones I’ve ever bought were Shokz, major wind noise on the bike. Useless.

Rapha is the most overrated brand ever. Van Rysel shorts from Decathlon are just as good at 1/20th of the price.

Personally I find bone conducting headphones to be utterly useless. If there is any wind noise whether generated by weather or through movement the music cannot be heard. Maybe it’s just me but be prepared to be totally disappointed
