That's where the seven habits of highly effective people come in. This video is a brief summary of this book.
Now, let us discuss all these principle centered 7 habits in detail.

@@JoinMrSmart Hi Mr Smart, good morning from Maryland! Proactive! From my Korean boss, I learned to work 90 hours a week -- hardwork + efficiency = money!

90 hours out of the total 168 hours in a week is really hard work. Such intensive efforts if coupled with the right direction will surely yield postive results. Best wishes, Paul Chan!

@@JoinMrSmart The virtue of working 90 hours a week is it is very easy to save 50% of after-tax income. I wrote my dissertation on South Korea, and even I doubted the success of South Korea, because while I was there, every day I turned on the TV, I could not understand Korean, but all I saw was clashes between students and police!

Interested on the idea that organization's can thrive in win win without competition. How would anyone do that? In sports, competition helps enemies to bring the best in theirselves. Isn't this a win win if staffs of a company were in their absolute best?
@JoinMrSmart

Great question! Competition can push us to improve, but there's a win-win way to collaborate too. Imagine teammates focusing on common goals and celebrating each other's successes. It can be powerful.
