Great video patrick, having started a business this year it's been a great year (with A LOT of learning) so it's great to have an external voice keep you in line for a bigger and better 2019. Loved all the points but especially 3 to 6. In a new business where you are the "boss" it can be hard to admit to yourself that certain behaviour patterns are holding the business back (point 3,5,6) and really important to keep the people that helped you get there close and looked after.

Probably this is the first time I am posting a comment on your video but I've always consumed all your content so deeply... I've been in this insane transition in my life right now where everyone thinks I'm a fucking idiot... I finished my Masters this year and I got an A++ CGPA grade... fucking smashed it BUT I don't give a fuck about it... It never mattered to me and I've been an aspiring entrepreneur for last 10 years since my 10th grade... I didn't take a job since the time i graduated and i straight took a leap of faith into the ocean with nothing but just pure desire to be one of the best out there... I've no money, no support, no recognition yet but i've never stopped putting 120% for the last 7 years with my passion i.e Graphic Design... I'm so frustrated and tired and exhausted but i know i've not even started somewhere... Thanks for all the lessons and guidance you have provided PAT...
