In today's video, I have shared some helpful tips for faster cooking routine, allowing you to enjoy fresh meals in just a few minutes.

Instant Peanut Chutney mix;
Roasted grams - 1 Cup
Peanuts - ½ Cup
Tamarind - small piece
Kashmiri lal mirch - 5-6
Curry leaves - 6-7
Coriander seeds - ½ tbs
Hing - ¼ tsp
Black pepper and salt to taste
Dry roast all the ingredients in a pan until you can smell a nice fragrance. Allow them to cool, then transfer everything to a mixer jar. Add salt, pepper, and hing, then grind everything coarsely. Store the premix in an airtight container. It can be stored at room temperature for up to two months. To make chutney for one person, add 2 tablespoons of the premix, water, and mix well. If desired, prepare tempering with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and whole dry chilies. Enjoy this chutney with Dosa, Idli, or Vada. It can also be enjoyed as a dry chutney powder with Dal-Rice and Dosa. Bon appétit!

A wonderful video as usual. I always watch your video ( anyone will do) when I am feeling a bit lazy to do housework. I like your idea of using a container for whole spices. Instead of going for an expensive wooden container ,I use a steel one ( same as one used for haldi, mirchi powder etc.) I am inspired to buy an air frier looking at this video.😊
