I was worried about not putting enough money away each month, (not including pension) so I got a second job. Will stick it out as long as I can as it is hard work, but having two paydays at the end of the month is nice.

I'm sorry for your loss Ken. I lost a dear school friend when he was just 33. I'm 37 in a few months, and I often dream of him - in fact I did last night! When I catch myself moaning or worrying about getting older, and panicking about what I haven't achieved yet which I hoped I would have, I think of him and remember to be thankful and grateful. I have been wanting to make more positive health choices recently, and occasionally don't always get full support from friends and family, so your video has come at the right time for me. 🧡

I'm really pleased that this video resonated with you. I still get triggered every other day by one thing or another. It's hard. Thankfully, it's something more people are willing to talk about before grieving is often a difficult taboo subject.

I am 35 years old. What i have learnt so far is if you can put your mind to what you want and do the jon it requires, then you will get it done. Provision flows towards vision. My father also transistioned to glory few months ago and that is the most painful part of my life. 😢

As someone who'll be turning 30 soon, I'm so grateful for all the invaluable gems you shared with us in this video. What I appreciate most is your honesty and vulnerability. It serves as a source of comfort and inspiration because I know I'm going to be okay. The older you get, the more you realise that tomorrow is not guaranteed and every day is a blessing.

As someone who recently turned 30, I like the 30s advice videos. I feel like a majority of advice videos are geared towards people in their 20s so more 30s advice is greatly appreciated

I've watched tonnnnnnes of videos, first time commenting! Appreciate how honest you are, I've found them to be a huge source of inspiration! I'm at the beginning of my 30s now and excited/nervous for what awaits. Buying my first house this year so the ball is already rolling! My 20s were plagued with depression and anxiety so it's nice to be excited about the future! (And scared as per point 6!) Thank you for the life lessons!

Great video! Currently in my penultimate year of masters and had thoughts of taking a year out to essentially 'have fun'. However, watching this video and taking the advice of my mentor, the general suggestion has been to be focus on the aim and to continue on. In retrospect, I think a lot of my motivation for potentially taking a year out was due to 'keeping up with the jones'. I think that continuing on and focusing on my finances as I have previously done would be the better option for the long run and for future me. Delayed gratification will be the general tone.

Thank you so much for another great video. I am so sorry for your recent loss. I wanted to talk about this topic but from a different perspective. I agree with your points 100% but also would like to warn some not to be trivial about their lifes because you may not live long enough/die tomorrow. I am turning 40 in 2025 which is still a couple of years from now. I have a 40 before 40 list and I have been ticking goals and dreams of this list for the last 4 years or so. When I talk to people about my list, they sometimes say my birthday is in such a long way ahead and I may die tomorrow so no point in such a list. I am aware I may not live till 40 but I do not want to wake up just before with so many things that are too late to achieve. My point is, appreciate today because this is what you have for sure but also plan for a better tomorrow in case it does come. Best wishes to you all.

I'm about to turn 30 next year - I honestly feel like I can lift the world on my shoulders - but it's still scary! Still feel like I have went nowhere with my career yet and speaking to my friends I feel like I'm well ahead in my mindset. Stepped out of my comfort zone and had the first job interview in 2 years today, started saving for a house and maxed out a lifetime ISA this year for the first time :). Definitely looking forward to the next 5-10 years.

Very emotional video. I know from experience that loosing someone you love can make you feel robbed. Sending my deepest condolences to your family for your loss. Not something I learned in my 30s but I have learned that it is OK to move on from people who are bad for you. You only have enough energy for so many people so you much choose wisely. Spend your energy, your time and your love on people who enrich your life.

Good advice as always. Thank you. One thing that stood out for me that I’ve spoken to someone recently is that, it’s good to plan but we don’t know the future. Even those with perfect health can suddenly pass away. It’s a very delicate topic but I can only trust God’s plan for my life. Also, I’ll be happy to share my life lessons when I’m in my 30s😅

I can relate to a lot of this. I’m nearing 50 and sometimes feel like a social outcast. I’m totally happy being single and never wanted children. I prefer pursuing my hobbies and trying to better my financial position. But I feel like I’m in a tiny minority who prefer living outside what society expects of us all. But I prefer being true to myself. Even if I’m looked upon as an outcast.
You will NEVER Become Wealthy Unless You STOP Doing This!
