After you finish downloading it. When your photoshop is open go to the action and just click on it

Thanks for the Actions - Free is Good, but I finally figured out that the Frequency Separation Xn does not work very well on 16 bit images. I assume yours is only for 8 bit.

Nice work sir... Sorry I downloaded but is not opening... I tried all possible methods to load it but still can't load. Is not even allowing me to extract it..

Download it with your laptop. If your photoshop is open just double click on the downloaded file and it will automatically add to your photoshop action
