There's one thing I don't get . I assumed the milk man could be a killer along with the mail man . Why? Two bottles were hot meaning they sat there. The third was cold meaning he was there recently .

Windows frozen inside indicates poor installation. I live in Wisconsin and my windows never get icy inside of my home. How is that “obvious” that was the only one I couldn’t figure out

About as "obvious" as how the poor schmuck booked for killing the chemist was the one whose name happened to coincide with the chemist's latest experiment. Because I would expect a dying chemist, having the time to write out five chemical names, chose to do so rather than just write out his killer's name in plain-text.

"He breathed on the iced window glass and saw Jack on the floor." Typically, when you breathe on a window, it fogs up. Hence you can't see through it and that whole riddle is now a lie.

The serial killer riddle is a classic case of changing the goalposts. The point of a riddle is to make it solvable not add in a curveball that is undiscoverable.

No I did not! How did the mailman know that nobody in the house would read a newspaper on Wednesday or Thursday? Unless he knew it because he already killed him. But otherwise he knew him well enough to know that he won’t read a newspaper on Wednesday or Thursday so killed him and reported his body on Friday I’m not so sure about that. ;(

To the first question, I think he used the shovel as a way to reach the window. They said it was hot and dry, meaning the ground would be fairly hard, allowing him to possibly stand on the shovel without it sinking completely into the floor.

Pazelloxu The "correct" answers to these so-called riddles are ridiculous. Standing on a pile of dirt is less provable than using the shovel as a means to reach the window. Dirt is unstable, the jail guards will obviously notice the huge pile of dirt being accumulated, and digging so much dirt is very arduous; yeah right!! someone without food and water is going to dig this much dirt in a dry and hot cell. It is easier to either stand on a shovel stick or dig a 5 foot tunnel by the wall in order to escape.

I don't understand why at 5:40 they'd state that one of the pills was poisonous, and the other was harmless, then go on to say they're both harmless, and that the water they drank was poisonous. That's not a riddle, it's blatantly incorrect information.

Joel Acevedo they stated that because that is what the serial killer told the victims, to some people it might seem as incorrect info, but to others it makes perfect sense (I just watch too many crime shows for my own good). What I'm curious about though is what would happen if instead of the victim drinking the water they dry swallowed the pill, how would the serial killer react?

Did anyone else notice something else in the second case about the stolen necklace where the police said they knew it was Mrs. Smith herself because the window was broken from the inside, not the outside. But, also, that window is a small 4-pane window. Nobody could fit through one of those tiny squares even if the glass were completely broken out, which it wasn't. I thought that would be the obvious answer to the riddle. hmmmm

mail man drops the paper off everyday. the last paper he got was on tuesday. the milkman continues to drop milk off everyday since that tuesday since there was 3 bottles at the scene one for each day up to friday. yet the mail man stopped delivering the paper until friday which would conclude that the killer was the mail man.

I got 6 of 7 right the one that stumped me was the serial killer + pills riddle but after going back I don't think that you're solution is valid since the problem implied that one of the pills was in fact poisonous. The only answer I could come up with that was somewhat consistent with the facts was that the killer was the one who chose the pill since from my understanding the victims having a say in which pill he takes is an assumption that is never explicitly stated in the riddle.

Amanda K because the air inside the house (near the window) gets cold and freeze. the same happen when it's cold and the air coming out from your mouth seems like "smoke": this is because the air was initially cold and then, when in contact with the outside, it freeze. maybe i'm not good at explaining, so it's better if you check it on google.

I think the answer to the first one was very time consuming. Just stand on the shovel and jump up out of the window, but then make sure you take it out of the ground to break your fall when you get out.

the killer was clear as day the math teacher. First clue: it’s the first day of school of the new school year. Second clue: why would he have a mid-year test in the beginning of the school year. Third: there’s a math equation on the wall. Fourth clue: the paper plane on the floor shadow backwards is pointing towards the math teacher. 🤓the clues were in plain sight, simplicity is always the way to go. *** The chemical substance on the paper spelled out Nicolas. Plus if you trace the way his body is laying you’ll notice it spells out nickel....which is a hint to the killer being the nephew.🤓

A third of these were easy, a third was impossible and a third were a little chalenging. Essentially how most riddles go. Also WTH is with the milk in the mailman thing, it makes the riddle make 0 sense. Like what milk man puts milk outside in the sun, that's a guaranteed way to spoil it. And why didn't the milk man like knock on the door for the dude to grab it. And why did mailman not deliver the other papers, he had no reason not to. Like that whole riddle makes 0 sense.

The mailman didn't deliver the papers because he was the murderer and knew there would be no need to deliver since he already knew the lonely man was dead and wouldn't be reading them. So that made sense. The only thing confusing is the milk man constantly delivering milk when he saw no one was bringing them in the house. But I guess if the lonely man is paying for the milk, then the milk man can't decide a person should get their milk or not just because they aren't doing what he expects them to do with it. 😂
