Salman Asif Siddiqui is the founder and director of the Educational Resource Development Centre (ERDC) an institute of training and material development in Pakistan. Salman is a staunch critic of the contemporary education system and an articulate advocate of natural learning. Salman has a dream to turn every school (and home) into a learning club where children could be trusted, owned, and accepted unconditionally. One of his many academic contributions is the Charter of Children’s Recognition which has been proposed to ensure insult-free education for every child.

Agree I will try with my 11 years daughter we live with step daughter and son and she is very bad situation right now from USA she is studying right now in Islamic school she is faded Arabic Islamic studies and Quran herTeacher is very strict now she don’t want to learn Quran Arabic and Islamic studies this is USA

زبردست!!! سر بات یہ ہے کہ میں نے عرصہ 5 سال تو نظر انداز کر کے اور دوسرے کو خوش کر کےخود کو چلایا۔مطلب خود کو خوش رکھنے کے لیے۔ اب مسٸلہ یہ ہے کہ میں گھر داماد ہوں۔بچوں سے بات چیت جو ہوتی ہے اس نے مجھے لاچار کر دیا ہے مثلا" دن میں وہ 20 دفعہ وہ یہ سنتے ہیں کہ گر جاو گے۔ادھر نہیں جاو ادھر نہیں جاو۔کتا کھا جاۓ گا۔تم بالکل بات نہیں سنتے۔گرنے پر اسے مزید ڈانٹ دیا جاتا ہے۔۔یعنی غلط تربیت ہو رہی ہے حالانکہ نانی ناناں انتہاٸ ہمدرد ہیں۔ذاتی اولاد نہیں ہے ان کی۔مری بیوی ان کی بھتیجی ہے۔۔۔ اب اس صورت میں میں بالکل خوش نہیں ہوں۔ناراضی پھیلنے کا اب پورا خدشہ ہے۔حل بتاٸیے۔
