talk about trying to paint a picture but not showing the whole picture, minecraft isnt dead but it is dieing, the new content they put out is lackluster uninteresting and sometimes raises the question why, i mean just look at the new trial chambers, yet another new piece of content thats subpar, spawns deep inside the world so its harder to even find, the loot for it is lackluster, new types of blocks cant just support the game anymore i mean the blossom biome kinda do that but it just wanst enough, now thats just base vanilla, base vanilla is getting to an insufferable state they really need to fix things for it, even just allowing people to connect to other friends without having to pay for a server would save it. kinda like the essentials mod however modded minecraft is a different story that side of things is carrying the existence of minecraft, its kinda sad that they dont see this and cant try to get some of these mods bought out and absorbed into base vanilla, another thing with base vanilla is they are trying to keep it too realistic which is absolutely fking stupid, they need to try to delve more into fantasy,

1 Reason Minecraft is indeed slowly dying is because it's not true cross platform. Java and Bedrock players can't play together unless you "hack it". 2nd Reason is because it's that the Java edition performance sucks terrible and always will due to the limitation of the language. A game Voxels is a Minecraft like game in Roblox which is actually true cross platform. Xbox and Playstation players can all play together. Finally the limitations that never should had been there in the first place are gone. And we have mineclonia as well

It’s not slowly dying, broski. It’s called games mature and have player base shifts throughout its life. It’ll get waves of players and then they’ll slowly leave, just for it to restart.
