I get it's the nice part, but all you content creators talk about is Henderson and Summerlin. As someone whos currently moving to Vegas it's not realistic that most of us will even be able to get in there. I was hoping you'd be one of the few who talked about other places to live being you a brotha and should understand we all don't have that kind of money, and try to show off the more affordable places that are still nice. I literally went around all day today looking at condos in so many nice areas that no KZfaqr talks about. Two of them located across from senior living communities too. You're all slacking heavy my guy and no one is being unique. Be the unique one my G.

This may not be what you are looking for and that’s ok. You may also be new to my channel so you haven’t seen other videos highlighting communities that are not named Henderson or Summerlin. I encourage you to watch other videos on my channel before formulating a false narrative that is not true. This isn’t about black or white or rich or poor. My channel is about providing value to all clients I work with who are looking to relocate to Las Vegas. I hope you find an agent in Las Vegas who can provide you with the services you need.

A few simple clicks and you would have been able to easily find the many videos this competent realtor has on numerous Las Vegas neighborhoods. He does not limit himself to just Summerlin and Henderson. I don't know this gentleman, but he's done a great job explaining many different neighborhoods and when I'm closer to getting ready to move to Las Vegas I'm fairly certain I will select him as a realtor. I hope you find the home you're looking for.

That was very well done. I've watched a lot of realtors talk about Summerlin and you nailed this one. I've subscribed. I'm currently evaluating Las Vegas Summerlin versus several similar communities in the Phoenix area. I'm planning on being a snowbird and I want access to Amtrak. It will be a gamble (No pun intended) for me if I select Las Vegas, hoping that the proposed connection to LA will actually happen. Thanks for your good work.
