Thank you so much for your advice. I used the bulletpoints in my telephone interview she said it was an informal chat to see if I understood correctly what the job would be and what would be expected of me as a receptionist. I explained that I read the job description thoroughly. And studied the job specification in minute deal and explained hat I understood what is and would be required of me I mentioned what was on the job specification and understood that those were the things were important as part of the job. I also used your advice on the question why I want to for that company I tailored my answer using what you said and the answer my own again she was quite impressed. I also explained I looked at their website understood what kind of business they are and what they do. I said I read articles from the newsroom and their code of conduct and ethics. Again she was happy with that. And I've been put through to the next stage of the interview process the dreaded face to face interview I think it might a panel interview I've never had one of those before. With the restrictions at present it will be over the Internet via Zoom or another video conference call I've never done one of those either so now I'm even more nervous. Thank you for your advice and your videos I have found them to be very helpful. Wish me luck on my second interview 🙏. I've been unemployed for quite sometime and having these video these videos has really helped. I just it translates into a job.
