1. Water , drink 8oz every time you're hungry 2. Herbs - cinnamon add to foods (hormone mgmt cortisol glucogen etc.) , holy basil (adaptogen) , thermogenic /hot peppers , ashwaganda (winter cherry) works with thyroid 3. Essential oils - cinnamon oil & extract (certified organic, labeled as dietary supplement) , ginger essential oil , grapefruit oil (good for blood sugar) - put two drops of each in water 3x per day. Lavender /chamomile oil at bedtime. Also black pepper oil . 4. Coconut oil. Use as carrier for essential oil. Mix w grapefruit /ginger as cellulite rub. Coconut oil , raw honey , sea salt for triathlete. 5. Collagen - lose weight and skin looks better . Collagen powder in smoothie. Bone broth (HLA). Diet high in protein , fiber , healthy fat. 6. Burst exercise - exercise like a Sprinter. Intervals of sprint /resting on spin bike etc. If you have bad knees , exercise in pool , cycling on easy settings, trampoline/rebounder. 7. Skip breakfast. (Basically intermittent fasting ). Try eating at noon/three/six pm. Rest of time water w essential oils, bone broth. (Jordan Rubin, Maker's Diet , Ancient Nutrition, Numa )

I skip breakfast, I do fastening, I don't eat process foods, sweets, cokes, ect. I only eat fruits low in sugar. I take my multivitamin/supplements daily and watch what I eat and I've lost a tremendous amount of weight. I feel healthy and full of energy and I workout💪

Awesome! It's ironic because I hear breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So strange. Because I can't eat past 8pm or I'll gain weight. Well I still eat healthy breakfast food but not AT breakfast time. I eat it around lunch time so in a way I'm skipping breakfast lol.

I would completely disagree with skipping breakfast for a simple reason we need to empty bile from gallbalder with fat food. It's like to make pee in the morning so important. And it's nothing to have with any cereal companies

Did the same, but never lost belly bulge. IF 16 - 20 hrs.. bulletproof coffee, low carb, WFPB : 20 gm/ OMAD..Lemon / Cucumber Water all day…. Eat hot curry with natural Indian spices, been vegetarian all my life…. Will try the Cinnamon and Tulsi tea… had reaction to Ashwaganda…….🙂⁉️

Thank you guys. Being an Indian what I do is I blend live turmeric, ginger, honey and kasturi lime juice and store it in the fridge. I consume it by mixing it with cinnamon powder only when I eat it since mixing it with the other ingredients will dry it up. For collagen I consume home made broth jelly, for my hair I consume a table spoon of black sesame seeds. For breakfast I have oats with 10 different types of seeds, fruits and nuts daily. I also take apple cider vinegar. For exercise, I do tabata and weight training. For my abs I do 9minutes of plank. I drink minimum 3 litres of water daily including 1.2 litres of green teas.

Awsome!!! the only I would change is water because drains your nutrients. Instead use isotonic water made of 1/2 a lemon juice a pinch of sea salt another of baking soda and honey in a liter of water. You will recuperate your electrolits.🤗

-I can agree with everything but the skipping breakfast thing. I've notoriously skipped breakfast in the past and had foggy brain/log energy. The moment I started eating hard boiled eggs, I noticed more energy and mental sharpness. I would not skip breakfast if going to school or you have an important meeting/presentation.

I wanted to add something on this list: tea! My grandmother lost over 100 lbs from just sipping green tea all day. She said it reduced her food cravings. I think it has the same effect as drinking 8oz of water whenever wanting a snack or meal. But green tea is probably more satisfying and appetite suppressing than water. Although it's important to not over brew. Green tea, according to Chinese say you should not brew over 1 min!! You can use the leaves again however. I notice when I brew it too long, it tastes bad too. And it actually hurts my stomach. So 1-2 min no more! Also don't add sugar if weight loss and low blood sugar is goal. Instead add stevia or very small amount of honey. Or 1/2 stevia 1/2 honey is my trick for food to give a little flavor without overdoing the sugar.

Boom! I am NOT into eating breakfast. I find that when I eat breakfast right before work or just upon waking, I tend to eat more throughout the day. I also feel more lethargic versus if I just have some lemon water or tea. I'm never, ever hungry for breakfast.

Yeah, it's a bizarre concept, isn't it? I don't know if it is good for me or not, but I try to make sure I go a full 12 hours (sleep included in this time frame) without eating anything and upon waking, just hydrating with lots of lemon water and some B vitamins, and I'm good to go for the day! Save for when I'm on vacation! :)

I respect what Dr Axe does a lot & he has helped me with my overall health a lot, but everything he’s mentioned in this video hinges on a calorie deficit. You can follow these guidelines & still not lose weight. Therefore, the major key is to be in a calorie deficit long enough to lose weight, adapt to your metabolism as you continue to lose weight (meaning, slightly change your deficit by 100-500 calories max during your weight loss journey), and eat at your NEW maintenance caloric intake once you’ve reached your desired weight.

Thank you for all the information. After watching your video, I want to start eating breakfast later in the morning, but I don't see myself being able to skip coffee in the early morning. If I continue to drink coffee (only coffee) in the morning, will this make the fasting strategy ineffective?

Only if you add creamer or sugar. Your coffee has to be black to stay in a fasted state
