My dear one, whether Sadhguru is a true guru or not is something you need to find out for yourself. It’s like tasting a fruit - you have to try it to know if it’s sweet or not. If Sadhguru’s teachings help you feel clearer, more balanced, and make positive changes in your life, then that’s what’s important. The labels ‘real’ or ‘fake’ don’t matter as much as the way his guidance helps you on your journey. Trust your own experience and how it makes you feel. As for myself, I consider Sadhguru a truly remarkable being. In 2012, I was on the brink, struggling with depression and despair. Then I discovered his videos, and for three years, I absorbed his wisdom. Eventually, I decided to take the Inner Engineering course. It marked the beginning of a long journey of healing, shifting from a victim mentality to one of abundance. Seven years later, I am transformed. Along the way, other gurus also guided me to deeper spiritual realms. To tell you the truth, KZfaq and social media-I discovered so many enlightened beings who guided me throughout my spiritual journey! I consider the internet and social media as my real guru or a portal to the ultimate, just like a guru. Guru means a person who takes you from darkness to light and it could be anyone. 💡 🌟🙏✨

There are different levels of enlightenment. There are Gurus and Avatars in eastern tradition. That is a great question... only your inner knowing can tell you. Having 20 years of searching and trying different philosophies and coming to dead ends, when I found and started with the HA, I just "knew " it was the real deal. Three years on, the people around me, friends and family, have noticed profound evolution in me.I can assure you that none of the positive comments are "bought." In fact, many of the comments on these videos are from highly developed spiritual students. In the end, give it a go, and your heart will inform you whether or not to continue. You don’t know - because on this level you have to trust or mistrust. The only way is to try and make your own experience. If you don’t make any significant progress in a spiritual education system - then leave it - because it is not your path and be open for a path better fitting.

Enlightenment just means seeing things for what they really are.

@@JorisWeima The truth is often simple and direct. Look up the definition of "Occam's Razor" for more info on this topic. It's not "unspecific" it's a rule that applies to all situations. When we see things for what they really are, we'll then be able to recognize others that see things for what they really are. Don't be an "outsider" be an "insider" that goes inside your own psyche and soul to find the truth of the situation(s) you face.

@@hermeticacademy thats interesting! I know there are most certainly subjectively noticeable changes. But can one, with the info in this book, OBJECTIVELY check/measure whether someone is Enlightened? (Im not gonna buy or read the whole book, sorry)

Those who speak about Kundalini awakening, drugs, magic Mushrooms etc. these are all traps - Those who were not trained in a traditional spiritual system in the west or east.

If we would understand creation in depth and have permanent access to higher levels of awareness - in western tradition embodiment of a higher consciousness - we would not fall into the trap not to understand that there is a powerful western path - older than Buddhism and would not try to catch western people for eastern mindset and rules - which is a path with weak spiritual results - compared to the techniques, methods and time you have to invest to get these low results.
