Hi Coach Melannie!! The most surprising is: Embrace healthy relationship skills. Maybe I do not have toxic traits, but it does not mean I have healthy traits; in other words, If I always end in the "friend zone" it could be I am not a toxic person, but it does not mean I know how to be her dream guy. In this case I need healthy skills. Maybe I believe I erradicated all my toxic traits, but it does not mean I do not have any toxic trait, If I do not listen to the right people who is willling to tell me the truth It means I am blinded to myself and that toxic trait will remain. So I need healthy skills. It is amazing how you see what are we doing wrong, and how you talk about it with a touch of hope; so when we hear you we do not end up crushed by the consciousness of our mistakes; at the end of the video we end up with good expectations about our future, if we are willing to take actions based on your advices. --------- Very funny 15:25 - 15:42

Im sure my co worker is attracted to me and caught totally off guard as I have given her 2 small gifts so far. She's not used to having attention and says she's never been loved or cared about after 5 failed abusive marriages. So far im still in the friend zone, but this woman is who I want to be with and I'm being gentle, but persistent. I think im just the man she's been looking for all her life, just as I think she is for me. It's just a matter of breaking down barriers.

I also try every way I can to let her know she's cared about and special, but she still insists she'll never have another relationship and for now I'm stuck in the friend zone until her barriers come down. Im hoping in time I can prove to her that I'm different from the rest. She's told me she thinks God has something special planned for her and I'm hoping that is me and for the first time in her life I can love and care for her like she's never had before. I really think she's the woman I've looked for all my life and we could be happy together

So my old workplace was a big company with some attractive women but some toxic women. These toxic women were one of the reasons I didn't feel comfortable approaching or responding to the attractive girls as I feel like my every move would be judged. I have been recently talking with a woman, I live in Texas she lives in Las Vegas (no shes not a lady of the night, Lol) we met gaming online and we got to talking things were going pretty good and we both had quite a few things in common she was out of work for a bit due to an injury and we were able to talk alot then the holidays hit and she got cleared to go back to work, just before the holidays I got her phone number and we were texting I got all the indicators that she was into me but just around new years she hasn't responded to my texts as much as she used to or sometimes not at all, I will be in Vegas in February and we were going to meet but now I'm a bit worried shes not into me anymore what should i do?

I'm sorry to hear that! It's difficult for me to know why without knowing what was said and more about her. However, no matter the dating/relationship challenge, the solution is always the learn and apply the right skills. This makes the entire dating experience simple and fun instead of confusing. There's always a chance that something scared her off so having those skills is the best way to avoid this happening again. It's also your best shot at getting her back. Melannie, I know that I'm attractive. Everytime I pay for items with my credit card the cashier asks for my driver's license. She wants to know where I live, right? Hmmm. Ive never been what I think if myself as attractive. For sure not physically, but im having a lot of comments n reactions ive not had, n of course im not close enough to them when it happens to ask them if they are being hateful. Women are so complicated so are men too. Older that we get we need to lower our checklist requirements. Amazing some women I dated has nothing but a shallow heart. 1 minute they want a alpha the nxt they want a softy, a responsible mature man, and they fantasize having a bad boy in bed. I understand why many men prefer to stay alone. When u r a senior citizen there should b any games. Be who u really are. We all are imperfect.
