I seldom write, but almost always leave a "like" for your videos, as I watch on my tv and there is no way for me to add comments. You are my favorite of many journal makers. I do believe I like yours the best because of your creativity. If you have had nothing to craft with, it shows in your ability to take nothing and create something unique and sometimes artistic. So, it is with you, and I'm so happy to have the opportunity to watch you in your country while I sit in my comfy chair in my south Florida home. Thank you for your hours of thought, creativity, and teaching ability. I look forward to each new video, and I have enjoyed many of your older ones as well. I'm old enough to be your grandmother, but you still have much to teach me. Blessings to you and yours!

Super fun video! I'd love to see something like this regularly - say, once a month or every six weeks? I like the variety of things, the simplicity, and just seeing how well you layer different papers. A few simple ideas are enough to spark many more, without, as you say, being overwhelming. I did not know you could do that with those clips - these little things make so much difference. As usual, you make me want to go and make something, so that's what I'm going to do!

Absolutely would love more ideas like this! Using up my scraps & leftovers in such cute & unique ways are always a challenge for me, but since I make all my own backgrounds, paintings, & etc from recycled items like boxes, junk mail, newspapers, used wrapping paper, gift bags, cards, & etc I hate to throw out any scraps after all the time I put into creating my "artwork"! I have so many junk journal artists I follow, but you are by far my absolute favorite! I just love your style & it's so easy to incorporate your ideas with my "junk" without spending money! That's always my goal, lol. I only spend money on paints, markers, inks, glues, sewing supplies & etc. I don't usually comment, but I just had to let you know what an inspiration you've been as I've created! My art is my therapy, it keeps my anxiety & depression low, and distracted from my severe, daily chronic pain that is manageable without using addictive meds. My doctors are always impressed that I don't request additional meds, continue to walk & other things that I shouldn't be able to do due to pain. I credit it all to God & the ability to get lost in creating artwork & journaling! Sharing your ideas may not seem like a life changing for others type of career, but between your pleasant voice & amazing creative ideas you are! Many times my anxieties start to get overwhelming I find my self going to your past videos, as I have so many to catch up on, calm from listening, become inspired & motivated to grab my supplies & start creating. Then poof, distracted from whatever had started those feelings & thoughts, and a day (or even days, lol) playing with the newest ideas from that video! Life can get very lonely when a disabled widow, grown children with busy lives, and since still young having friends also having busy, active lives forgetting me all too often. I found you during the pandemic, you were one of my first. The idea of something to do with my artwork, that I can share in useful gifts or personal use instead of the boring notebooks I once wrote in has saved me tons of money. What a bonus when on a fixed income! Thank you!!!💞

Such clever ideas for note pad and journals! I love the ones for little notebooks. They would make great greeting card enclosures, such as for birthdays. Since I make greeting cards to send to people, I already have plenty of pretty papers. The notebooks could even be coordinated to complement the cards. I could insert one in a pocket card. The ideas are limitless. Thank you for sharing these ideas. This video is a real winner! ♥️

In using my journals I love the secret writing places and little jumps of joy I get when I come across little things I had forgotten I made. The empty pen idea especially appealed to me. I have a drawer full of ones that don't work any more. I am so delighted by your video. Thank you.💗

I have far too many things I WANT to do...too many ideas. All I wind up doing is overwhelming myself, unable to decide, and then I do nothing. It's real problem..."the struggle is real".💔 You always have the most interesting, useful ideas. And, I L💚VE the recycling/repurposing aspect you always bring. Yes, yes, I personally want more of this type of thing. This channel is super-reliable tool for sparkling my imagination. For example, intentional (for embellishment) removal handles from those bulldog (binder) clips is a revelation for me -- seemingly so obvious/intuitive and yet - never occurred to me. To remember the next time I have an empty pin barrel to save/repurpose it instead of habitually throwing it away, I went ahead and decorated the cartridge of a working pens with some rolled paper. Still not guaranteed that I will remember but chances are a bit better.

LOVE this! I am a member of a couple of groups that send RAK Packs and other little gifts. The trick is to do things that - most of the time - will go in an envelope with one stamp and maybe the extra 20-cent stamp for a second ounce. Some do more from time to time, and so do I, but doing it often would break the bank. Sweet little surprises like this are PERFECT.

I had NO idea the clip could be taken apart! Using a empty pen barrel!? GENIUS! The folio I am familiar with BUT, yours are so simple and gorgeous! The clip board is GREAT! Using the tag off- cuts on the corner of a page! The note books are wonderful! This has been one of the most inspirational videos I have seen in a long rime. Thank you so much!

I like all these ideas! I agree with you that seven is the perfect number so you don’t get overwhelmed. And then somewhere down the line you can do another video with seven more. Thanks for all your great ideas I use them often.

Have just assembled my first two Journals and am now at the REALLY FUN part where I play with my HUGE stash of bits and bobs that I have hoarded, soooo... keep these fantastic clever ideas coming. I am finding that I am also getting better at using your ideas to springboard off into some unique idea from my own head. You and your tutorials are extremely inspirational. Thanks for sharing.
