7 Simple Takedowns for Wrestling & Jiujitsu

5 ай бұрынThis is a quick walkthrough of 7 takedowns I use in wrestling & jiujitsu. I recommend picking a couple of them that feel natural for you and mastering them. No need to master all of them!
The sprawl go behind, snatch single, and the sweep single are my favorites for jiujitsu. They're simple, relatively low risk, and they work on larger opponents.
