My family left on vacation for a week and the food around was untouched until they came back. This video is right on. I’m glad I can see food more as fuel than pleasure.

Agreed. I take much better care of myself living on my own. I am very selective about going out with others., especially eating late when they are typically having a burger and fries. I do miss potato chips.

This video is on point lol. Also , one of the main reasons for being fat is the amount of fast food places around us. Getting an aesthetic physique means being a lone wolf

I just wanna say that Wanhee was a big help in the beginning of my fitness journey, his free beginner workouts helped me gain pretty good mass and i was in a deficit, overall staying consistent with the plan helped overall, but I can't lie I kept program hopping cause I keep feeling like I need to do more, cause I barely feel sore the next day, I mean muscles feel worked to the point where I don't feel like I could get a proper workout the next day so I guess i'm training hard enough, right now I keep slacking, my diet is bad, I keep eating and won't stop, stopped being consistent, and now I gained some fat but I'm working on getting consistent with the gym again, thanks Wanhee, keep up the good videos cause people need them badly Lmao

This is gonna sound hella robotic, but I’ve actually stopped enjoying most food. I know it’s delicious, but a switch went off in my brain, like I was subconsciously telling myself “no, no, no, no, no, you are going to change, now is the time,” and it’s never felt more gratifying. I’m just a couple weeks in, maybe a month or 2 in by now, and I feel great, I’ve cut out so much unnecessary sh@t that I’m starting to feel better not just physically, but as a person. If cardio, weight lifting, and a healthy diet can get me far, I’m taking that road. It may be a long one, but I don’t care anymore, I won’t complain about the process, but I’m not gonna enjoy it either, it’s just something that I gotta do for improvement.

There are tricks to going out with friends and faking the amount of drinking to keep them distracted. Social ninja! Having a partner who eats and drinks horribly is the hardest on many levels. Eating well is graceful aging, and looking healthier and vital is the best way to defy the clock of time.

I can vouch that very unhealthy room-mates can keep you fat. They will try to keep you eating like them so they don't feel guilty for eating shit food. I got riducled for weighing food, counting macros and calories. Now went from 25% BF to 12% BF, 15kg lighter, now lean bulking and shredded.

how do you get lean while still making strength gains and muscle mass gains? Like I want to gain or maintain weight while increasing muscle definition and aesthetics that come from a low body fat percentage. Whats the technique?

Hey quick question, what's bad with diet coke. It's helped me so far with cutting weight, knowing I can have one sometimes if I am craving something sweets and I don't want more fruits or etc
@akmal94ibrahim
@akmal94ibrahim 4 ай бұрын
The problem is the addiction to it. You have cravings because you keep indulging that craving (unless you're pregnant). The more you indulge it, the more cravings you'll have and the more uncomfortable you get when you don't satisfy your cravings. But if you are going from drinking regular Coke a lot to now drinking Diet Coke only when you have cravings, and with a target and plan of eventually cutting it out altogether, you're on the right track.

Hey man, big fan of your videos however I must say that every video since a couple of months now is the same. Clickbaity thumbnails and the basic message is always the same: progressive overload, caloric deficit, don't be too hard on yourself, consistency beats everything. I get that influencers try to live off youtube but at this point you are just repeating yourself over and over again. Maybe try out some different formats of content.

It's for new viewers and also these things need reminding until it's drilled into your head. Literally all content creators are repeating the same thing. This is the nature of the fitness industry. Progressive overload, caloric deficit, a bit of psychology.....curious what other format/content would you like to see? genuine question.

Fair enough I totally get that and of course he deserved everything he accomplished so far, kudos to him. He previously did some kind of these 'what I eat in a day' videos that Chris Heria also does. Would love to see some more of these for example. @@TheRealMcCoyAndChipsAhoy

I am in the middle of a divorce after a 10 year relationship. When this happened something snapped and as traumatic as it was it made me realize many things. For instance that I want to look good among other things and I wanted to for a long time and never had the mental clarity or desire to actually do it, cos I wanted a quick fix (aka six pack is nice but if i can't get it by the end of the week I shouldn't bother). I don't think I am ugly, I actually believe that with a little bit of work I can look hot af. Currently I lost quite substantial amount of weight at least visually, but still look skinny fat (which is fine as long as I keep working on it). I dunno why, but the fact that you should take things slow and enjoy the process instead of focusing on the result seems kinda obvious to me now, and most importantly my current self actually believes that. I try to form new habits no matter how small. For example sticking to a ADF fasting regiment is super easy now, and forming that habit led to another and led to another and so on. I actually started to count calories which I never thought I would do lol. Of course part of the reason to do this is to get the ladies XD But as long as I can remember I hated how I looked, I hated myself. And even though I am far from my dream shape, I don't hate myself anymore when I look in the mirror, I might dislike it at times, but doing this for the long game made me realize that I don't need to hate what I see, because it is no longer a constant. Therapy and living alone actually helps a ton with eating habits hehe

Do you have a table and chairs? Get under the table and pull yourself up to the table. Hands wide, close and with palm facing you. Start with feet flat, knees bent hips straight. Puff your chest out at the top. Hold for a few seconds then slowly lower down. Look up inverted rows. Do those.
