Lo de las carreteras estaba peor antes de la pandemia, durante la pandemia arreglaron algunas calles importantes, es normal que en Paraguay si es una zona residencial no haya asfalto sino caminos de piedra, esto también sirve para que la gente no conduzca fuerte por las zonas residenciales protegiendo especialmente a los niños

Yes it's pretty normal to find one. Also sometimes you just find the bidet shower alone

I`m unsure, I hear from cops who rob people, from violation of human rights by the government, from a lot of burglary with usage of guns in Paraguay. I don`t know whether I should go there or better try to get residency somewhere else.
