Sorry the audio quality in this video was not great as it was shots on my small canon G7X Camera. Expect better audio quality in future videos (Beyond Borders Series) soon!

Homosexual people, unlike in many Western European countries in the not too distant past, have never been persecuted or discriminated against in Poland. Yes, sexuality is a personal and PRIVATE matter in Poland. However, the obscene public display of half-naked bodies and parading through the streets is against our moral standards and the overwhelming majority of Polish society categorically does not want it. Categorically NO.

@@wladyslawbukowski Well, they were discriminated against and oppressed last time during the rule of the communist puppet government.

Another thing to assume we are the same or just like the Russians. You know this is a humiliating insult. We have fought for almost two centuries to make a point that we are nothing like them.

@@MCADHD-rf5kl Good point. Apart from the fact that we belong to the same group of languages, we have nothing in common with them. We belong to the Latin culture and they to the Turanian (Mongolo-Byzantine) culture. There is an insurmountable cultural and civilization gap between Poles, Russians and Ukrainians. Regards.

To laugh, you need a reason. Also, when a Pole laughs, it is always sincere.

Well. In Poland we simply prefer to talk about other topics than sex. Especially publicly, in house with friends or family is one thing, but on the street with random person? It is kinda strange why anyone would do that. Those topics are private.

Well said. But in Western culture, sex has become the number one topic to brag about.😂

In Polish we have a proverb "laugh like a fool to cheese". We don't laugh without reason because it looks stupid.

English is not difficult for Polish people. They just don't have many occasions to speak it so they are much better at understanding it.

Well... If you would be looking for interesting places around Kraków, places worth visiting by my opinion would be: Wieliczka salt mine (wonderful underground museum), Ojców castle + Łokietek cave + Pieskowa skała (they are very close, so possible to visit in one day), Zakopane (mountain touristical center), Oświęcim (place of nazi death camp), Częstochowa (2hrs by train, religion center of Poland, also great place for speleology). Also sticking only to cities while visiting Poland will make you miss oportunity to visit marvelous forests, mountains, lakes, but also desert. Wild Nature is most valuable part of this country.

10:55 it is not like Polish people have something againts gay people. To be true as a majority we don't give a single duck about other people sexuality. Most of the fuzz is about pushing your sexualize indentity by force to others.
