1. Controlling anger n stay sclince It help buillt TAQWAH in overself it turn movement of spiritual growth 2. Lack of knowledge in perticular feilding stay sclience It opens door to knowledge accepting i don't know.....! 3 . Once gossip tempts you stay sclince if used creates a negative environment...embrace sclince 4. Words hv vital importance that can heal or harms in aggrasive situations stay sclient 5.
